120-Night Sleep Guarantee
You’ll rest easy knowing your new mattress purchase from Howard’s is backed by our 120-Night Comfort Guarantee provided that:
The mattress is not a floor sample, closeout, discontinued or special buy item
A mattress protector was purchased on the original invoice
The mattress set purchased was for $799 or more
All new mattresses have a break-in period of about 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied with your new mattress after 30 days, Howard’s offers a one-time exchange. You may come back into Howard’s within 120 days of your original purchase and select a new mattress of equal or greater value, with the difference to be paid by the customer. A minimum of 10% restocking fee will be applied on all exchanges not to exceed $250
Box springs, adjustable bases and foundations cannot be returned or exchanged. Pillows, sheets and mattress protectors may only be returned within 7 days, provided they are still in their original packaging.
Any promotional items (i.e. pillows, box springs, mattress covers) will be charged full retail value if the new mattress selected does not currently qualify for the same promotion.
Note: Mattresses are non-returnable. Stained, soiled, damaged or mattresses missing the law label will void Howard’s 120-night comfort guarantee. Additionally, an inadequate bed frame will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Howard’s does not offer exchanges on mattresses due to incorrect sizes.
