Special Order Appliances

Howard’s has an extensive special order appliance catalog. Special order products are not regularly in stock at Howard’s, however, these products can be ordered for you.

All special order products require 6-8 weeks minimum for delivery, but expect delays due to COVID-19; delivery time frames may vary. Special order products are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee upon cancellation. Once purchased, custom special orders cannot be canceled or returned, and no refund will be provided.

Will Call/In-Store Pickup

Will call and in-store pickup allow you to purchase items online or over the phone and pick them up at your local Howard’s store. Skip the shipping and delivery charges.

Order Online & Pick Up in Person: Available at all Howard’s store locations seven days a week. See store listing for hours of operation.

Allow 48 hours for processing, and the store will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. You should bring a photo ID, credit card used for purchase, and a copy of your invoice. *Will call hours at Pico Rivera/Outlet are 9am-5pm, seven days/week. Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Easter Sunday.

We will load products into your car or truck, but we do not offer other loading services beyond that. Customers should bring rope/tie-downs for larger items that would require securing.

Howard’s competitive pricing allows our customers to find deals every day. But, if you find an identical product for a lower price, Howard’s offers a one-time price match within 30 days of purchase. Our price-match guarantee applies only to manufacturers, and authorized local and online retailers.

Price-match guarantee requires the following to apply:

  1. Product must be in stock.
  2. Model must be identical.
  3. Model must be in new condition.
  4. Retailer must offer like-for-like services. We will factor install and haul-away charges from our competitors into the purchase’s total price.



Exclusions:

  1. Howard’s does not price match "no sales tax," free, or rebate offers.
  2. Any online retailers shipping from 3rd party or marketplace locations.
  3. Open box products, clearance, or one of a kind offers.

Haul Away

Moving a fridge or stove is a difficult job without help. Lifting heavy objects alone is not only difficult, but can be dangerous and cause severe injuries if done incorrectly. Additionally, improper disposal of a bulky appliance can also harm the environment.

Howard’s will pick up and haul away most major appliances from your home. Howard’s will make sure items are responsibly and safely recycled by our licensed, third-party partners.
