I needed to buy a washer and dryer, and I didn't want to give Home Depot my money, and I'd been given an awful run around by Lowe's, so I decided I was better off with a local company. Within 30 minutes I had my w/d selected, all extra parts added, warranties and delivery scheduled! Fast and friendly! David pointed me to some w/d models that were on super duper sale, too, so I felt I was getting a nice deal while supporting a local business. Forget the big box places. David helped me out big time. I needed help choosing a fridge that would fit my needs that I could get fast. Home depot just yelled at me for not knowing which one I wanted (all I asked was what they had in stock that I could get delivered by tomorrow), so I looked elsewhere. Howards had my fridge delivered and installed the next day. They even helped me find a washer/dryer that would fit in my tiny closet at a better price than I would've gotten at best buy.
