During the Pandemic, my refrigerator of 25 years stopped working. Thankfully, a friend recommended I go to Howard's; I'm thankful I did! Thanks to John Haggerty, who helped me with my purchase, I now have the perfect refrigerator for my needs. Then, I was concerned my wood floor would be damaged during delivery-my worries were unfounded. Omar and Salvador could not have been more careful. After wading through the July 4th appliance sale ads, we called the Howard's store in Laguna Hills for an appointment with a product specialist. David Yousefi gave us an appointment the same morning. I spent 35 years in retail and my wife and I were incredibly impressed with David's product knowledge and presentation skills. He showed us various price points and contrasted the features of each. In the end we were able to take advantage of both the Howard's and the manufacturer rebates, saving hundreds of dollars. These savings translated into allowing us to purchase higher end products while staying within budget. We are going through a remodel and at the same time, our fridge was about to go down for good... COVID19 delayed our remodel but unfortunately, it didn't delay the time we had left for our fridge. Living in Mission Viejo and knowing that Howard's has been in Laguna Hills for years, we stopped by and Nid helped us purchased a fridge. A couple of weeks passed and we were able to get back on schedule with the remodel. It was time to make a decision on the rest of the appliances. We decided on a brand that was different than the fridge we had just purchased a few weeks earlier. I reached out to Nid one night and asked her about the possibility of exchanging the fridge, even though it had been a few weeks. She responded right away (after hours)! Nid got back to me the following day and said that she received approval from her manager that would allow us to obtain all of the appliances with the same brand name. We are going through demo this week and the new kitchen cabinets will be installed in the next couple of weeks. Nid has been extremely helpful throughout this process.
